The 2nd International Conference on Migration and Diaspora Entrepreneurship (MDE) from 28.-29. November 2016, Bremen (Germany) aims at a better understanding of challenges and potential solutions in the realm of migration and diaspora entrepreneurship. Migration paths become more and more important and modern nations tend to be or become transnational societies. As migrants and diasporans often act as risk-taking entrepreneurs, innovators and investors, they create a flow of financial capital and human capital such as knowledge and information by exploring and exploiting transnational entrepreneurial opportunities.
